• Custom Orders: Custom or special orders may require additional time. We will inform you of any extended lead times when processing your order.

Delivery Charges

Important Delivery Information

• Room of Choice: For large items, our two-person team will deliver to your specified room, provided access is clear and safe. Oversized or heavy items, such as armoires, may only be delivered to the ground floor unless arranged otherwise.
• Measuring Your Space: To ensure smooth delivery, please measure doorways, staircases, and access points beforehand. If the item cannot be delivered to your desired location and must be returned, this may result in additional fees.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed deliveries or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in additional charges.

Order Acceptance and Inspection

When your order arrives, we encourage you to inspect the goods upon delivery:

1. At the Time of Delivery: Examine the items for any visible damage before signing the delivery paperwork. If damage is present, ensure it is noted on the delivery document.
2. Reporting Issues: If you identify damage or issues after delivery, notify us within 48 hours. After this period, we will consider the items accepted and in good condition.

If there is any possibility you may need to return an item, please retain all original packaging. Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition. Returns that lack original packaging may not be accepted, or additional charges may apply.
