Do you have a showroom?

We don't have a traditional shop or showroom. Our goal is to pass on the savings we make by not running a physical retail space directly to you. All of our reproduction furniture is stored safely in a warehouse, packed and ready for dispatch.

When are you open?

As a website, Maison Haven Furniture never closes — you can browse and place orders 24/7.

Our customer service team is available by phone Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Emails and texts are monitored pretty much around the clock, so you’ll often hear back from us outside of those hours too.

We do close on Bank Holidays, but we’ll do our best to respond to messages whenever we can during those times.

Do you offer samples for your furniture?

Yes! We’re happy to send samples so you can see the materials before you commit. Just email us at info@maisonhavenfurniture.co.uk with your full address and the item code of the product you're interested in.

How can I check measurements or sizing?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Still unsure? Get in touch — we’re happy to help you choose the right piece for your space.

Are your products sustainably made?

We’re proud to use eco-conscious materials and partner with ethical manufacturers wherever possible. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure payment options — all clearly visible at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK.

If you're outside this area or have a special delivery request, please get in touch — we’ll be happy to provide a tailored shipping quote based on your location and order details.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery method you choose. You’ll see the exact delivery cost during checkout before placing your order.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full details, including your delivery lead time.

If the item is in stock, we aim to deliver within 1–3 weeks.

If the item is out of stock, we’ll be in touch to advise you of the estimated arrival time.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Just get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll make it as easy as possible
