Yes, we have a showroom that you can visit by appointment only. While we don’t display our entire online collection in the showroom, you’ll be able to view a curated selection of our luxurious furniture pieces. This gives you the opportunity to experience the craftsmanship, materials, and quality up close before making a decision. To arrange your visit, please complete the showroom booking
As a website, Maison Haven Furniture never closes — you can browse and place orders 24/7.
Our customer service team is available by phone Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Emails and texts are monitored pretty much around the clock, so you’ll often hear back from us outside of those hours too.
We do close on Bank Holidays, but we’ll do our best to respond to messages whenever we can during those times.
Yes! We’re happy to send samples so you can see the materials before you commit. Just email us at info@maisonhavenfurniture.co.uk with your full address and the item code of the product you're interested in.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery method you choose. You’ll see the exact delivery cost during checkout before placing your order.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full details, including your delivery lead time.
If the item is in stock, we aim to deliver within 1–3 weeks.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll be in touch to advise you of the estimated arrival time.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
